Resolved Question: Take college classes while in high school?

i would like to take some classes in either buisness or phototgraphy while still in high school. i am going to be a junior in the fall and would like to get some early prep and college credits before i graduate. How will i go about doing this and what credits will transfer over to college or high school. I live in California in the Torrance (Beach) area.
